Whiff
Whiff is a grubby green tank engine who collects refuse. His main task is collecting garbage & scrap, which explains his dirty appearance & smell. He currently works at the sodor Garbage company with his partner Scruff.

- Whiff is the only engine that wears glasses, unless you count the Ballast Spreader from the Railway Series.
